What is a ‘medical’ clinic?

A medical clinic simply means that our team have a medical background – either advanced, prescribing nurses or doctors. This means your safety is our priority.

Save Face is a government body which regulates the UK aesthetics industry specifically. In order to be registered here, you need to be a medical clinic fulfilling a whole range of criteria aimed at ensuring the safest possible processes are in place.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a government body that regulates the UK health services including all aspects of this sector. In order to be registered here, you need to be a medical clinic fulfilling a whole range of criteria aimed at ensuring the safest possible processes are in place.

You may not always know which treatment you need when you book in. Our role is to help you by listening to your needs, assessing your face and providing you with treatment options.

You will not be pressured to have a treatment on the day of consulation. We want you to take as long as you need to make your decision.

Using the London Professional Aesthetics app is the best way to book in. Firstly, you will receive a discount voucher simply for downloading the app. It’s then really easy to book online without having to scrabble around looking for our website each time. Perhaps most importantly, when you send us your friends (yes we are confident that you will!) and can get rewarded for it with money off vouchers.

LPA clinic is based at 193 Whitecross Street. You will discover that we are a very short walk from both Old Street and Barbican underground stations. We are also really close to Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Moorgate, with a variety of bus routes stopping just a few minutes’ walk from us.

We treat both men and women at LPA. Our clinic is designed to feel comfortable for both men and women – a clinical feel within in a cool, urban environment. We are really confident and competent in working with the different approaches needed to enhance either male or female features.

When you are booking in, we do ask for a £50 booking/consultation fee. This is redeemable against the cost of any treatment you go on to have. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, we only need 24 hours’ notice to do that for you. If it is 24 hours or less, you may lose your booking fee as we will be very unlikely to fill your appointment slot at such short notice.
