Just a quick reminder for you that even though we are open, video consultations are here to stay!   Video consultations can be a great way of  gaining access to our clinical expertise without needing to leave your home!   What kind of things are suitable for video consultation?

Planning a clinic visit for a treatment discussing side effects, results, downtime, suitability.

Skincare – befuddled & confused by TV ads, pharmacies full of different products promising different miracles? Benefit from expert guidance & have your products delivered to your door.

Skin conditions – acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, you name it we can help & even if  you can’t name it we can help!  

Preparing for your consultation

When you book you can opt to choose a Zoom call or facetime. Try to choose a time when you can give the consultation your full attention in order to get maximum benefit. Choose a room where the WIFI works, you have good lighting and are free from distractions. Have a mirror to hand.  

What happens during your video consultation

You will be asked in detail about your current state of physical health and that of the past.

You will be asked about your emotional wellbeing

You will be asked about any medications you take.

You will be asked about your lifestyle.

You will be asked about any skin treatments or skincare you have tried previously and how you felt about results.

You will be asked about your current skin concerns.

You may be asked to follow up your consultation by sending some photographs if anything has been unclear or difficult to visualise on video.

You will be offered a few options for treatment and this information will also be emailed to you.

Any skincare can be shipped directly to your home address and you will be supported in its usage.
