Is it for Me?
PDO therapy is an effective cosmetic technique that rejuvenates, tightens and or lifts sagging skin. This process involves the implantation of fine, absorbable threads similar to those used in medical suturing into the subcutaneous layer of the skin using small needles or cannula. These threads remain implanted in the skin causing micro-injuries that stimulate collagen synthesis and tissue contraction. The threads start to absorb after 3 months. After six months they will be totally absorbed into the body leaving new collagen in their place.
What are PDO Thread Lifts?
PDO Thread Lifts make use of the latest technologies in cosmetic contouring, offering a non-invasive answer to tired, ageing skin without surgical intervention. By stimulating the body's natural production of collagen and elastin beneath the surface of the skin, Thread Facelifts offer an immediate boost in plumpness and uplift, whilst eradicating the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
How does it work?
The threads remain implanted in the skin stimulating your own collagen and elastin, creating lift and smoothing fine lines and contracting the skin. The threads start to absorb after 3 months. After six months they will be totally absorbed into the body leaving new collagen in their place.
