Appointment Cancellation Refund Policy
Once an appointment is made, we hope that our clients do their best to keep to it. For every appointment, we incur costs for administration, room hire etc. More importantly, if appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, we are unable to offer those appointments to other clients.
However we understand that occasionally clients will need to postpone or cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This enables us to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations and postponements must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will lose your deposit / consultation fee.

LPA reserves the right to cancel or postpone an appointment. In this case we will offer you an alternative appointment if required. In the event of this not proving suitable to you, a full refund will be given.
Treatment Refund Policy
LPA Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith with all appropriate consents. However we may, at our discretion, offer refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.
Any refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Product Refund Policy
Products will be exchanged provided the products have not been opened or used.and are returned to the clinic within 14 days of purchase.
