The ultimate weight loss question – why do we want to lose weight fast when many of us know that this is not meant to be good for you? Truth is there is usually some kind of’ last minute’ motivator – a holiday, a wedding, a party. I say ‘last minute’, more often than not its actually not last minute at all but we’ve left it until the last minute to do anything about it.
