How to Boost your Skin at Home

Hi All! So here we are in January 2021 – not quite the start to the year we were perhaps hoping for! January can often feel like a tough month anyway without the extreme measures we are currently living under. However, despite all the days, weeks and months merging into one with no landmarks or punctuation to speak of, here at LPA we are still determined to keep going with those feel-good new year intentions. Top of our list is to get out of the pyjamas and wine o’ clock state of mind and get looking and feeling fresh. After a few weeks of indulgence the skin does start to look a little dull and grey. We know you can’t come in for Profhilo or Teosyal Redensity or even our incredible Bounce Back Package! So what can you do from the comfort of your own home? Increase water intake – you don’t feel thirsty but it is time to start increasing your hydration – constantly sipping at water all day whether you really want it or not. If you don’t do water – add some flavouring – there is so much to choose from now – fresh fruits, fresh veg, cold water infusions – find something you like and stick with it!   A collagen supplement (my personal fave-  Collagen Shots) will stimulate your own collagen and elastin production from the inside. Take once a day diluted with water or juice on an empty stomach.
